Our journey to value diverse voices.
The formation of Fortrea started with listening, gathering perspectives and asking for feedback. Now, with more than 19,000 team members across 90 countries, we continue to seek out each distinct voice across our organization. Join us on our journey as we encourage engagement, build trust and strive to create a more inclusive workplace.
FORTREA —FOR ALL
Diversity and Inclusion Message
Diversity and inclusion are part of our DNA. At Fortrea, you can embrace your uniqueness, be valued and create extraordinary outcomes as part of our inclusive organization.
Fortrea’s commitment to diversity and inclusion is the foundation of our work to build a global team that delivers a lasting impact on healthcare. It is our policy to prohibit discrimination against any employee or applicant for employment based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, protected veteran status or any other legally protected characteristic.
It is also our policy at Fortrea to employ and to advance the employment of all persons regardless of their status as individuals with disabilities or protected veterans, and to base all employment decisions only on valid job requirements.
In addition, Fortrea prohibits harassment of employees and applicants, including retaliation against employees and applicants for filing a complaint, opposing any discriminatory act or practice, assisting or participating in any manner in a review, investigation, or hearing or otherwise seeking to obtain their legal rights under law. Prohibited retaliation includes harassment, intimidation, threats, coercion or other adverse actions that might dissuade someone from asserting their rights.
These policies align directly with all four of our Fortrea Four values – we uphold integrity, doing the right things in the right way, and we respect people. It is up to all of us to own it as we move forward together embracing these behaviors.
Should you have any questions or concerns regarding these policies, I encourage you to speak with your supervisor or Human Resources representative. You may also contact the Fortrea Action Line, a confidential and anonymous reporting service that is operated by an independent third-party vendor and is available 24/7 globally.
Regards,
